Air Fried Wild Chilean Sea Bass

Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ Pound Chilean Sea Bass or Any White Fish
  • 4 Tablespoons Soy Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Wash your fish and dry it well with papertowels.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 390F°
  • In a bowl, marinate your fish in soy sauce. 5 minutes on one side, 5 minutes on the other side. 10 minutes total.
  • Put the fish in the air fryer for 5 minutes on one side and 5 minutes on the other side. Note: If you kept the skin on the fish, like us, then place it skin up for the first 5 minutes. This will make it easier to turn it around.

If you have a really thick fish, cook it for around 6 minutes on each side.
 
This fish takes the flavor of whatever you marinate it with. It’s a versatile recipe, so feel free to marinate it in butter, lemon, pepper, etc.
 
Also, we like to cook shrimp during the last 5 minutes in the air fyrer. We usually have extra room in there so we throw them in with the fish. We marinate the shrimp with lemon, butter, and old bay seasoning. We then skewer them and flip after 2 minutes.
