Crepe Breakfast Burrito
Ingredients
Breakfast Crepe Ingredients
- Homemade Crepes
- Eggs for 1 egg omelet
- Cheese
- Spinach
- Bacon
- Mushrooms
Lunch/Dinner Crepe Burrito Ingredients:
- Homemade crepes
- Dijon mustard
- Sliced cheese we prefer jalapeño Havarti
- Sliced Tavern ham
- Spinach
Instructions
Breakfast Crepe Directions
- Place crepe on cutting board.
- On top of the crepe put your 1 egg omelet.
- Add cheese, spinach, bacon, and mushrooms on top (Add whatever you’d like).
- Roll up filled crepe – Tuck the sides in as you roll.
Lunch/Dinner Crepe Burrito Directions
- Place crepe on cutting board.
- Put Dijon on crepe.
- Add cheese, ham, and spinach.
- Roll up filled crepe – Tuck the sides in as you roll.
