With all the tasty cooking we do, Nathaniel decided it’s diet time. In honor of that, he’s showing you a house favorite, a keto ranch dressing recipe! Many thanks to Sara (his sister), for providing us with this yummy recipe. You know what we really love about this keto ranch dressing? It’s a total of 2 carbs! You heard right, this entire ranch dressing is a whopping 2 carbs. You can eat the whole thing and still have plenty of room for more if you wanted! We also really like this keto ranch dressing recipe because it’s preservative-free. Because this is keto, this does skip out on the buttermilk that you traditionally get with ranch. If you aren’t on a keto or low carb diet then go to town with the buttermilk! Otherwise, enjoy this keto variation of ranch dressing, we know you’ll love it. PS, you can use the seasoning as a dry rub!
Keto Ranch Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
Seasoning (Note: You only use 2 tbsp of all these mixed for the actual dip)
- 5 tbsp Parsley
- 3 tbsp Dill
- 2 tbsp Chives
- 2 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tbsp Minced Onion
- 1 tbsp Onion Powder
- 2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Pepper
Dip
- 1 cup Mayo
- ¼ cup Sour Cream
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
Instructions
For Seasoning
- Take all of the seasoning ingredients listed above, put them in a container, close the lid, and mix! Get everything incorporated well. If you want, you can stop here and you have a yummy ranch seasoning, perfect as a dry rub. Otherwise, keep on reading for the dressing!
Dressing/Dip
- In a bowl, add your mayo, sour cream, and lemon juice.
- Take two teaspoons of the seasoning you just made and add it to the bowl.
- Mix with a spoon.
- Serve and enjoy!!
