Hawaiian Meatloaf!

Ingredients
For Meatloaf
- 1 ½ Pounds Lean Ground Beef
- ½ Pound Ground Chicken
- 1 ½ Cups Toasted Bread Crumbs
- 1 Can Drained Crushed Pineapple 8oz
- ½ Cup Chopped Onion
- ½ Cup Cup Chopped Celery
- 2 Eggs
- ¼ Cup Heavy Cream or Milk
- ¼ Cup Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoon Minced Ginger
- Salt & Pepper To Taste
For Sauce
- 1 Cup Soy Sauce
- Juice From 1 Medium Orange
- ½ Cup Mirin
- ½ Cup Water
- ¼ Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 ½ Teaspoon Minced Ginger
Instructions
For Meatloaf
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Combine all of the meatloaf ingredients and mix it together.
- Press this mixture into a loaf pan.
- Bake for 50 minutes.
- Pour 1/4 cup of sauce over the meatloaf and cook for an aditional 5 minutes.
- Remove, serve, and enjoy! Have extra sauce on the side for dipping!

- Combine all of your ingredients in a bowl and mix!
